What You'll Do As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our property maintenance and management team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding a team of property professionals, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients and tenants.
You'll work closely with contractors and suppliers, conduct regular property inspections, and take the lead on implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency across the business.
Lead and inspire a talented team of property management and maintenance professionals.Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.Conduct regular property inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues before they arise.Manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.Collaborate with contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.Represent Cusack Partners at industry and community events.Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.Attend Tenancy Tribunal hearings.Who You Are You're someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and gets a real kick out of solving complex problems.
You have a strong background in property management and maintenance, with a keen eye for process improvement.
You know how to lead a team with positivity, transparency, and clear communication, and you're always looking for ways to exceed client expectations.
