Your focus will be to manage and motivate the team and together work towards the achievement of satisfied customers and our earning potential at each site. Working hours are flexible and can be agreed upon within 30 – 40 hours. A typical day would include the following:Overseeing cleaning operations.Provide leadership to resolve day-to-day operational challenges.Problem-solving.Ensure correct staffing numbers are recruited and maintained to complete the job within budget labour costs.Work with branch management team to ensure delivery of budget profit.Meet with existing or new clients.Undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required to assist the company in achieving its business objectives.About you:The ideal candidate will be able to use our TRUE values to focus on providing wrap-around support and guidance to get the best out of our people and our customers. You will be a polished and motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of operational and management experience, you will add value to our global business and want to progress within our organisation.
