Operations Manager as part of a leadership teamQualificationsExperience in leadership and development of people.Additional InformationThis is a mobile role covering ten Z stations in the Eastern and Western Bay Of Plenty.The role will fit with the skills and passions the successful applicant has. These will include a range of but not limited to:- Leadership and development of people- Sales and leading a sales, food & coffee culture- Leading Health, safety and well-being, including food safety- Recruitment, induction and training- General Site Operations including stock management- Flexible working hours including stepping in to assist the front line team- Remuneration package includes a company car, cell phone and other team benefits
