Care Park is seeking an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple parking facilities across New Zealand.
This is a varied role, and you will be responsible for:
Overseeing technology upgrades
Coordinating with local authorities for necessary permits or regulations
Enforcing parking policies
Handling customer complaints
Monitoring revenue and expenses
Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
Implementing strategies to increase profitability
To be successful as our Operations Manager, we are looking for a candidate who:
Has knowledge and understanding of a professional business environment
Has a strong background in Operations Management and customer service
Has experience managing staff and exhibits strong leadership skills
Has knowledge in finance reporting
Has knowledge of IT and PC technology
Has experience managing multiple sites
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of parking attendants and interacting with customers daily. We require a candidate with a high level of interpersonal skills.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of parking equipment, technology, management, security protocols, IT, and revenue management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also important for identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
