Role Overview : Generation Global is now hiring an Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficient production, compliance, and delivery. This role involves managing teams, budgets, compliance, and regulatory requirements, aligning with strategic objectives, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : Lead operations teams and budgets for production, design, certification, project management, safety, and quality. Develop and execute plans aligned with business goals, serving diverse products and clients. Analyse compliance requirements and industry best practices for optimized delivery. Maintain comprehensive reporting, offering formal proposals and recommendations. Directly manage critical functions and personnel to meet customer standards. Address compliance issues and streamline processes for efficiency. Ensure compliance with aviation authorities and oversee certification and quality assurance. Enhance operational systems and processes for cost-effectiveness and inventory management. Utilize financial insights to drive profitability, manage budgets, and oversee staff. Qualifications and Skills : Proven aviation industry operations management experience, familiar with EASA, NZCAA or equivalent aviation regulations Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (desirable) Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting. Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
