The ideal candidate will be a suitably qualified Senior - Restaurant Manager looking to develop into an Operations Manager role or an existing Operations or General Manager within the QSR market looking to solidify your role with the world's leading QSR brand.This senior leadership role remains varied but primarily involves a candidate with the following attributes:*Great people and communication skills and a modern attitude to training and people development as well as the ability to ensure staff are respected, motivated, supported and rewarded.*Operational knowledge to not only ensure that our high standards are met, skills to be able to motivate and engage with staff, contractors and key personnel to ensure that our results are sustainable.*Customer service is central to everything we do at McDonald's, so the ability to connect and deliver on the needs of our customer base are critical to our success.
