Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an Operations Manager. You will be crucial in the organizational wellbeing of the company, working closely with directors, business development teams, maintenance technicians, QHSE, and project coordinators to ensure that resources are sufficient and conducive to delivering quality services to clients.Key Responsibilities:Promote and encourage a safety culture, prioritising safety in all decisions.Oversee safety compliance and performance across site operations.Assist in project planning.Develop and maintain project-specific documentation.Lead and coordinate appointed projects, overseeing compliance and administration.Engage with clients and work sites to enhance project scoping and operational awareness.Qualifications:Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety and collaboration.Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.How to Apply:If you are a proactive leader with a passion for operational excellence and safety, we would love to hear from you!
