Position Overview: As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our clinic.
You will oversee daily operations, optimise processes, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
This position could have a clinical role component or be purely non-clinical, depending on the candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
Patient Experience: Champion our commitment to providing high-quality care and excellent customer service.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to uphold clinical standards.
Staff Management: (optional, candidate dependent) Lead and support a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment Qualifications: Experience in healthcare operations management preferred but not required.
Experience working across the ACC contracts is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
