### Key Responsibilities - **Operational Oversight**: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a small team of operational staff.

### Requirements **Education and Experience**: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
