Operations Manager

Job Description:

Parrot Analytics is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven, and possesses strong presentation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization- Handle any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in operations management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
