Operations Manager

Job Description:Berkshire Hathaway in Nelson, New Zealand is seeking a part-time Operations Manager at the Associate Level with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, possessing strong people management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards are met- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience in operations management- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
