Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor core infrastructure and product platforms Maintain and upgrade product platforms and infrastructure Provide operational support for internal teams and Tier 1 business customers Manage and enhance on-call, incident management, and change processes Lead major incident responses through to resolution Work with infrastructure engineers within the team on platform maintenance requirements Provide leadership and mentoring to operations team members What You Bring The ideal candidate for this Operations Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the Telco or IT industry.
Your strong troubleshooting abilities coupled with your exceptional customer service focus will be key in maintaining high-performing infrastructures.
