Operations Manager

We are a high energy and vibrant Landscaping and Maintenance company that has continued to experience growth and because of this we have created a new role and are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to our team.
Reporting to the working owners you will need to be able to keep your finger on the pulse and direct both our Landscaping and Maintenance teams, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest possible service to our customers.
Our customers are many and varied across Te Matau-a-Maui as we work in both the residential and commercial space undertaking all aspects of landscaping.
Whether it be fences, decks, hardscaping, soft scaping or anything in between we do it all.
We have staff working on multiple sites across the Bay as well as other regions so excellent organisation and communication skills are a must.
Being able to work to deadlines and under pressure is a given and you will thrive in this sort of environment.
Decisive and clear decisions will be everyday life for you and having amazing relationship building skills will lead you to success in this role.
Maybe you will be coming off the tools or have led teams before, either way you will ideally either be trade qualified in a related discipline or have worked in a related industry as we want you to know what excellent looks like.
