Operations Manager

V D V Ventures Ltd – Gisborne, North Island

This is a full-time Operations Manager role with V D V Ventures Ltd trading as Liquorland Gisborne. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key strategic role with the management team in overseeing the company's day-to-day operations within our six Retail stores.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the retail side of the business
Lead and motivate a team of 30 plus employees, providing guidance and support to drive performance
Implement new procedures as requested by the management team
Health & Safety
Human Resources
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the Retail & Liquor industry
Strong understanding of Management operations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven track record in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, operations management, or a related field
A solid understanding of human resource procedures
