Coastal Spirit Football Club Operations Manager Are you an experienced operations/general manager who is looking for a new challenge?

Purpose of the Job: Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of the club.
Grow the club capability, capacity, and resources.
Oversee the delivery of all club and community activities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the club to develop and implement a club-wide football strategy in alignment with CSFC Strategic plan 2025/26.
Manage the implementation of quality programmes and initiatives within the club and wider community, including managing all financial and administration accounts via Xero, and all team data via Comet and Friendly Manager.
Actively seek funding avenues and new partnerships while monitoring existing revenue streams alongside our funding team.
Upskill coaches and educate parents and caregivers, which is a significant part of this role.
Develop player pathways, including opportunities for girls, women, and aspiring players.
Provide regular operations reports, advice, and relevant information to inform decision-making of the Board, including achieving the KPIs set out by the Board.
