Coastal Spirit Football Club Operations Manager

Purpose of the Job:
Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of the club.
Grow the club capability, capacity, and resources.
Oversee the delivery of all club and community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the club to develop and implement a club-wide football strategy in alignment with CSFC Strategic plan 2025/26.
Manage the implementation of quality programmes and initiatives within the club and wider community, including managing all financial and administration accounts via Xero, and all team data via Comet and Friendly Manager.
Actively seek funding avenues and new partnerships while monitoring existing revenue streams alongside our funding team.
Upskill coaches and educate parents and caregivers, which is a significant part of this role.
Develop player pathways, including opportunities for girls, women, and aspiring players.
Provide regular operations reports, advice, and relevant information to inform decision-making of the Board, including achieving the KPIs set out by the Board.

To be successful in this role ideally you will have:
Strong relationship-building skills across all levels
Financial acumen including use of Xero and other programmes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of local community and not-for-profit sector
Experience delivering events
Understanding of te ao Maori world view and basic tikanga
Tech-savvy
Leadership experience
Strategic thinking with a growth mindset
