As a proudly grower-owned flour mill and grain storage facility, Farmers Mill works with some of New Zealand's finest growers to produce flour specifically designed for NZ's largest biscuit manufacturers and award-winning bakeries. The blend of fertile South Canterbury soils, special wheat cultivars, years of experience, and modern European Milling equipment ensures our products meet the highest standards for quality, service, and safety. Qualifications & experience
5-7 years in operations management, ideally within the food manufacturing or agriculture sectors.
Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and experience with Lean Manufacturing desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
Understanding of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
