About the role: Join our team as Operations Manager for our Potters Interior Systems (an NZ Division of CSR) Auckland Distribution Centre, where you will lead the operations functions with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and safety-oriented services.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Leadership: Direct the Auckland operations team to ensure the development and ongoing enhancement of safe, cost-effective, efficient, and high-quality warehousing and production operations. Implement and uphold safety management systems across all Auckland operations, promoting an Injury Prevention culture aimed at achieving a zero-harm environment. Ensure compliance with WHSE regulations according to the responsibility matrix. Quality Management: Design and maintain quality management systems and practices that align with customer expectations regarding delivery quality and lead-times. Policy and procedural improvements to be agreed and implemented at a national level where appropriate. Employee Engagement: Motivate and engage the workforce to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics. What you bring to the role: Minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role, ideally within a national or global corporate setting. Extensive experience in warehousing and logistics operations, including warehouse design, WMS systems, manual handling equipment, and load design/restraint regulations. Advanced skills in managing and improving inventory systems, with significant emphasis on SAP experience, forecasting, stock level optimization, and Distribution Resource Planning (DRP). Understanding of Operations/Logistics and Operations/Sales interfaces. Experienced in negotiating with suppliers of raw materials, engineering, and capital goods, as well as service providers like transport companies. What we offer: We strive to support your professional and personal growth. Here are some of the perks you'll enjoy as part of the CSR team:

Attractive salary and benefits, including access to exclusive discounts and offers. Supportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion. You'll be surrounded by talented colleagues who are passionate about their work and committed to helping each other succeed. Care and wellbeing offer with access to an employee assistance program. Rewarding career with on-the-job learning, development, and upskilling opportunities within and across our brands. As the Operations Manager, you will drive efficiency, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact and lead a dynamic team in shaping the future of our operations in Auckland.
