Due to recent growth, we're excited to announce a new opportunity and are now seeking an Operations Manager to lead our newly established Facilities team.Role Overview:Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations that meet contract requirements and provide enjoyable spaces for the community. Leading a team of 80-90 members, you'll oversee a wide range of tasks, including cleaning, streetscape maintenance, and response operations.What We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you'll be a confident and approachable leader with experience in a similar industry. You'll be skilled at guiding teams through unexpected situations, making sound decisions to give your team certainty and clear direction.
