It's a perfect mix of hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.What You'll Be Doing:Leading day-to-day farm operations while managing budgets and business plans.Delivering on the business plan for your farms and bringing our company strategy to life.Supporting and mentoring farm managers to create a positive and high-performing team environment.Being a role model for Pamu's values and ensuring Health & Safety is always a top priority.Providing technical advice and guidance to help our farms achieve their goals.Together with the other Operations Manager CNI, you will provide operations support for the wider Pamu group.You'll need to be based in the Central North Island for this role, ideally in the Taupo region.
