He whakamarama mo te turanga mahi | About the role In this role no two days are the same! Whether it is from scoping forward works, delivering capital renewals works or optimise our maintenance programmes across our Auckland network. Day to day you will be collaborating with our operations, developments, planning and project teams within the business, and you will:
Analyse fault data to optimise the performance of the network Ensure the system meets present-day design requirements and standards Review and monitor critical infrastructure work on the network by external & internal contractors Respond and manage network related incidents Manage environmental compliance against agreed targets and ensure we are meeting customer service KPIs Perform after-hours, on-call duties and be available for rostered work if needed Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | About you You'll be a confident, enthusiastic problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude that loves a challenge and works well under pressure. Also, in your toolkit you'll have: A relevant tertiary level qualification in engineering or be an experienced practitioner Experience in water or wastewater networks, planning, operations and maintenance, civil construction and design, hydraulics and flow behaviours Excellent communication and customer management skills We offer a competitive salary and staff benefits package including:
