Whether it is from scoping forward works, delivering capital renewals works, or optimizing our maintenance programmes across our Auckland network, you will be an Operations Engineer in our Networks Wastewater team focusing on the maintenance and operation of wastewater assets in the southern Auckland region.
This role incorporates collaboration with our operations, developments, planning, and project teams within the business, and you will: Analyse fault data to optimise the performance of the network Ensure the system meets present-day design requirements and standards Review and monitor critical infrastructure work on the network by external & internal contractors Respond and manage network-related incidents Manage environmental compliance against agreed targets and ensure we are meeting customer service KPIs Perform after-hours, on-call duties and be available for rostered work if needed Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | About you You'll be a confident, enthusiastic problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude that loves a challenge and works well under pressure.
