This is a senior position that is a permanent member of our Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP services and a proven track record in managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering value to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Project Governance: Oversee delivery of ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.Team Development: Mentor and develop the operations team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high levels of employee engagement and performance.Process Optimisation: Analyse and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and industry standards in project management and service delivery.Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance.
