This customer facing role will support the branch in servicing customer delivery requirements, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and despatched accurately according to orders and/or customer needs.In this role, you would have the opportunity to:Work with the Operations & CX Manager performing day-to-day branch operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Ensure all stock is accounted for, stored, stacked, and rotated according to set specifications and health & safety standards.Assist with back up deliveries as required. Assist in identifying and promoting opportunities for continuous improvement in the overall performance and productivity of the branch.Support and encourage a high standard of health and safety practices in alignment with our priority of ensuring everyone goes home safely every night.What You Bring to the Table Our ideal candidate willhave 3+ years of experience in an operations, logistics, or warehousing role, preferably within a similar or related industry. Additional experience in customer service would be advantageous.In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate with:A clean and full Class 1 driver's licence (required), and a Forklift endorsement (desirable).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the aptitude for having courageous conversations (radical candour) to address any issues.Sound computer skills, with a working knowledge of inventory management software, order processing systems, and computer databases.Demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.A customer advocate mentality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.A forward-thinking mindset that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.You do not need to meet all of the role requirements to apply.
