About the Role As an Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with our customer base, and help work towards our budget through specialised sales, training, planning, customer service, and operations leadership.
Responsibilities for our coordinator role include, but are not limited to the following:
Prioritises tasks and coordinates the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measuresStock flow including, inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etcProvide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queriesBuild and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholdersApplicants must be available to work Sunday through to Thursday each week.

About You We are seeking an individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere. Ideally, you will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc). You will also possess:
