It will also assist team members across the business to support our product and service delivery. The Operations Coordinator also acts as a 'super user' of our finance system (don't panic – full training will be provided!) and will coordinate recruitment and induction activities across the business. You will also be liaising with customers for a range of workbook products and will provide support with planning and implementing sales orders.The PersonWe're looking for a candidate with a great balance of analytical 'get stuck in' ability, and comfort on the phone and dealing with clients. With fluctuating support requirements across the team, the role will go through extremely busy periods so it's important that whoever comes into the role is able to time-manage effectively and remain calm under pressure. The team is close-knit and complement each other's skill sets nicely, and we would like a candidate with a great sense of humour to slot in.The ability to use multiple systems and databases is going to be vital, as is a healthy dose of initiative. This role is not entry level, and we would like to hear from candidates with three to four years' experience in an administrative/coordination role.Experience in the education and training sector would be fantastic but isn't essential.Sound like you?
