Making life easier for our customers with quality products, expert services, and over a century of industry knowledge.This role reports to the Customer Support Team Leader.The RoleWe're seeking a Operations Coordinator to join our Watermetrics team and deliver exceptional customer support and administration.Manage job bookings, scheduling and new set upsCreate BAU and Service jobsCoordinate with Field Service Technicians to enable delivery of servicesProvide effective and efficient support for customersDaily KPI reportingDispatch orders for ADR WatersMonitor and report on Stock and Inventory levels, including the generation of monthly reports.Provide back up support for the Customer Services and Product Coordinator rolesExcellent communication and leadership skillsHigh level of time management, prioritisation accuracy, attention to detail and presentationAbility to work without direct supervisionAbility to work in a discrete, confidential and ethical mannerStrong internal and external customer focusAbout You/RequirementsYou're an administration and coordination superstar with a passion for customer satisfaction.
You'll bring:A high level of computer literacy in the Microsoft suite of products (Excel)Experience in process review and designExperience in Project Management would be an advantageAbility to install and manage various development software and web applications in test and production systems.Able to offer input and support to product direction and growthEmployment RequirementsAbility to travel in New Zealand.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.Clear background check.Applicants must hold New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship.Email ****** for any questions or the position description.
