Operations Continuous Improvement Analyst

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence through strategic reporting and information management. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to drive continuous improvements and ensure that our network operations are future-ready.
Key Deliverables:
Regulatory and Operational Reporting: Deliver high-quality reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Operational Insights Development: Maintain and develop robust operational data to provide meaningful insights that enhance decision-making and network performance.
Best Practice in Network Operations: Support the adoption of best practices in network operations, contributing to the seamless implementation of innovative solutions.
Analytical Support: Provide critical analysis on financial KPI performance and operational quality, translating these insights into actionable improvements.
Ideal Experience:
Experience influencing and working with diverse groups of stakeholders.
Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and driving business process improvements.
Strong reporting and documentation skills, with experience applying risk management concepts.
Extensive experience in electricity distribution or a similar industry.
Ideal Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Experience in highly technical situations and commitment to maintaining technical knowledge.
Analytical Thinking: Strong proficiency in statistical concepts, problem-solving, and analysis.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
