Operations Business Process Analyst

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated OperationsBusiness Process Analyst to join our team following the recent departure of avalued team member who has moved on to new opportunities. This role will befocused on transformational projects and reviewing current processes andprocedures to simplify and standardize our business processes.
They will be accountable for gathering businessrequirements, conducting data analysis, and assisting in process generation tosupport operational improvement. Key responsibilities of the role includeidentifying opportunities for process improvements, collaborating withstakeholders, and supporting change management processes.
The Fit
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A relevant qualification in business, dataanalysis, or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP process and businessanalysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddocumentation skills.
Excellent communication, team collaboration, andstakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with SAP IBP would be advantageous
Relevant experience in a similar role isdesirable.
