**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in operations or supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- **Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and data interpretation.
- Proven experience in people management and team development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Personality Traits:**

- Confident in making decisions and providing recommendations based on analysis and experience.
- **Soft Skills:**
