### Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team remotely. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operational activities while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Support Daily Operations:** Assist in managing and optimizing daily operations within the company, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- **Research and Data Analysis:** Conduct research on various operational processes and healthcare trends to assist in decision-making and strategy formulation. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

- **Problem-Solving:** Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance performance. Work collaboratively with team members to implement these solutions and monitor their effectiveness.

- **Communication:** Serve as a point of contact for internal communication, relaying information among team members and departments. Prepare reports and presentations as needed to communicate findings and recommendations.

- **Documentation and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other associates and management to support projects and initiatives. Encourage a culture of teamwork and open communication within the remote working environment.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge of healthcare operations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply relevant insights to current processes.

### Requirements

- **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent. A background in healthcare or business administration is a plus but not required.

- **Resilient**: Ability to adapt to challenges and bounce back from setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude.

- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools. Experience with healthcare software or CRM systems is a plus.

- **Work Environment:** Must be comfortable working in a fully remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong time management skills. Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur within the organizational framework.
