Operations Associate

Job Description:

General Mills is seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in operations management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including inventory management, quality control, and production scheduling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in operations management

Requirements:

- Strong cooperation and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field preferred
