Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team at Advance Auto Parts in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products- Process customer orders and shipments in a timely manner- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone- Perform general administrative tasks as needed- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and audits

Requirements:- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role- Hardworking and energetic personality- Strong persuasion and leadership skills- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented and organized- Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
