Position: Operations and Logistics Manager
Location: Avondale, Auckland
What we are looking for: Provide executive leadership, direction, and communication to all employees within the company's Delivery Operations, including production, drivers, and service. Ensure the effective recruitment, induction, training, and performance management of employees within the Delivery Operations to consistently deliver superior standards of quality, productivity, and service. Ensure full compliance with company protocols, processes, and systems within the Delivery Operations. Assist with the development and improvement of protocols, processes, and systems across the company. Effectively manage customer issues/complaints ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operating within the company's reparations budget within the Delivery Operations. Support and improve the growing revenue of the Deliveries channel through sales/marketing campaigns as well as maintaining and nurturing existing partnerships and relationships. Ensure all plant, equipment, and vehicles are being regularly serviced and maintained to a high standard with minimal downtime within the Delivery Operations. Ensure effective logistics and coordination between the Retail channels of the business, managing transfers with delivery drivers between five to six stores and two plants. Meet productivity and efficiency standards across all functions within the Delivery Operations.
