Operations and Kindergarten AdministratorWe are looking for an administrator to assist our teams at two Invercargill kindergartens – 7 hours per week each. We also need an Administrator to assist our Operations Manager. This is a new role and at this stage as the role develops, is set at 15 hours per week.We envisage a 29 hour week roster similar to:M – 5 hours Ops AdminT – 7 hours Kindy AdminW – 5 hours Ops AdminT – 7 hours Kindy AdminF – 5 hours Ops AdminThese roles will cover a multitude of administrative tasks ranging from scanning, answering phone calls & email queries to gathering data and managing small projects as directed by the Operations Manager.To apply you need to:Be flexible with daily tasks that may change at short noticeBe IT savvyAble to adjust easily to 3 different office work environments and the teams withinStrong time management and organisational skillsEfficient with great initiativeBe someone who likes to work hard but also likes to have a laughIf you are interested, please forward your CV and cover letter to ****** note we will not accept overseas applications or respond to such.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have experience in administration?
