Operations and Kindergarten Administrator We are looking for an administrator to assist our teams at two Invercargill kindergartens – 7 hours per week each. We also need an Administrator to assist our Operations Manager. This is a new role and at this stage as the role develops, is set at 15 hours per week.
We envisage a 29 hour week roster similar to:
M – 5 hours Ops Admin
T – 7 hours Kindy Admin
W – 5 hours Ops Admin
T – 7 hours Kindy Admin
F – 5 hours Ops Admin
These roles will cover a multitude of administrative tasks ranging from scanning, answering phone calls & email queries to gathering data and managing small projects as directed by the Operations Manager.

Be IT savvy
Able to adjust easily to 3 different office work environments and the teams within
Strong time management and organisational skills
Efficient with great initiative
Be someone who likes to work hard but also likes to have a laugh
