About the role We have a key role of an Operations and Finance Administrator available in our team, sitting in the Queenstown Office. This fast-paced role requires you to be well organised and driven, you will provide administration, HR, compliance, data entry and financial administration support to the Finance, HR and Compliance team.
Your key responsibilities will include: Day to day financial administration support including accounts payable and accounts receivables, following up on receipts and other tasks as required. Support and cover for the compliance and transaction functions including data-entry and report writing.Support Finance and HR manager with payroll and HR admin, including appropriate filing, sorting and data entry.Ensuring Health & Safety policies & documentation is up to dateIdentifying areas for process improvement and efficiency and the ability to be proactive and support management of improvement projects.Ad hoc queries/supportYou will need to have strong communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build key stakeholder relationships. Strong attention to detail is also a must for this role.
Ideally you would have had some experience with basic accounting functions and are technically savvy, having used Xero before would be a help. You will be a team player and happy to chip in when needed.
