Property Brokers is seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator - Onboarding to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our new staff members, facilitating their start with confidence and ensuring all systems are up to date.

Key Responsibilities

HR Coordination: Handle onboarding, contract preparation, staff changes, and exit processes. Ensure all HR records and legal documents are meticulously managed.
Systems and IT Support: Set up new staff in company systems, monitor relevant support tickets, and coordinate with IT for hardware requirements.
Marketing Integration: Coordinate photography and bio updates, create digital signatures, and update profiles across platforms.
Process Improvement: Maintain and update training guides and ensure best practices are applied throughout.

What We're Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh-level customer service orientation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to learn CRM systems
Excellent time management and self-organization skills
Flexibility and adaptability within a fast-paced environment
