Building an industry-changing global business takes hard work and commitment, we are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our motivated and professional multicultural team based in Auckland, New Zealand with a dynamic culture based on a sense of family and pioneering spirit.
The role of Operations Administrator will be working with a highly dynamic and collaborative Global Operations Centre that provides 24/7 support to our customers (private and business aviation operators) to help them increase internal efficiency, improve business profitability, and deliver a great passenger experience as they procure catering and in-flight services in all parts of the world.
The successful candidate requires the flexibility to be rostered on shifts for 40 hours/week, including some weekends, and will work from a fabulous new office in central Auckland. We are looking for someone with a high drive to provide exceptional service; the right candidate will be rewarded with career growth in an exciting global sales industry.
ResponsibilitiesTo monitor and liaise with global catering providers in the procurement of catering to private aircraft enabling accurate and timely invoicing.
