The Role A varied role with a strong analytical focus, you will be responsible for evaluating network performance and making improvement recommendations. You will do so through:
Collecting, collating and analysing real time informationLiaising with network control, field service providers and other stakeholdersReporting on network events, operational issues and the delivery of planned workIdentifying patterns delving deep to understand whyCollaborating with relevant subject matter experts and senior leadersAdditionally, you will support the implementation alongside others within the Operational Performance and Safety Team with a continuous improvement lens.
About You Coming from an electricity network environment, you will have exposure to network operations, likely have supported through an engineering function. Additionally, you will:
Be an inquisitive individualBring sound knowledge of risk managementUnderstand incident investigations processesHave the ability to turn complex information into practical recommendationsHold a degree in engineering, science, or mathematicsHave experience with ICAM, RCA or other similar techniques (desirable but not essential)The Opportunity An analytical role with influence, this is a unique opportunity to work with people and data.
