Operation Manager

Position Overview:As our Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and improving all aspects of our operations, from staff management and customer service to equipment maintenance and process optimization. We are seeking a motivated, resourceful leader who's ready to dive in and help build our success from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the dry cleaner and laundry service, ensuring smooth service delivery.Maintain high standards of quality control for all dry cleaning and laundry services.Manage equipment upkeep and coordinate repairs or servicing when necessary.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies (cleaning chemicals, laundry products, etc.).Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Help optimize workflow and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Oversee basic financial tracking, including expenses and payroll.Collaborate with ownership to develop promotional strategies and grow the customer base.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
