Including a paid day off for your birthdayOur ideal candidate will: · Have retail experience, second hand retail experience would be an advantage, however not essential · Have excellent communication and customer service skills, be solutions focused with friendly and a positive can-do attitude· Have people leadership experience, ideally within the not for profit sector with volunteers · Be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard· Demonstrate empathy and resilience· Have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise and effectively manage workloads· Have strong administration, computer skills and merchandising experience.
