Onsite Account Manager required to support a local company who produce exquisite bakery products for high end clients. Onsite manager required to manage temporary staff through their employment, training and supplying staff to develop a strong, well trained and consistent workforce. Role and responsibilities: · Build & maintain an excellent relationship with client team & temporary workers · Daily absence management and reporting using T&A system · Site tours & Induction · Staff/Management Queries completed daily · Monitor attendance, performance and attitude · Complete daily admin tasks, KPI & management info, training, spot checks, audits · Complete daily and weekly payroll · Ensure all sites specific rules are followed · Monitor staff and ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to · In-still Food Safety processes through training processes from day 1 inductions onwards · Use Excel and internal systems to keep accurate records · Working to set KPI's and deliver accurate reports to the management team · Attending daily production morning meeting · Support site management as needed and when requested · Build a strong relationship with the local team/branches of AM2PM Qualification and Education Required: · MS Office – Word/Excel/Power Point – Essential · Recruitment background – Advantageous · Supervisory experience – Essential Preferred Skills and Attributes: · Ability to work under pressure · Honest and trustworthy · Able to multi-task · Passionate and innovative · Compassionate/diplomatic and reliable · Ability to motivate others · Must be flexible with working hours as business needs may change at peak times ****** #J-18808-Ljbffr
