As a part-time member of our customer service unit, you will harness your expertise in online communication to provide exceptional support to our clients through live web chat, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
### Key Responsibilities - **Customer Interaction:** Manage incoming live chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally, addressing queries related to our products and services with accurate information.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify common customer issues or concerns and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and chat software to document interactions, track customer issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and share knowledge about customer trends and experiences.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather feedback from customers regarding their online experience and report on potential areas for improvement to management.
- **Adherence to Policies:** Follow all company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor and analyze chat metrics to improve response times, customer satisfaction rates, and overall performance.
### Requirements #### Qualifications: - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or relevant coursework in communication, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or online support role, preferably with experience in live chat communications.
#### Skills: - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat software and customer service tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
- **Attention to Detail:** Strong ability to focus on details, ensuring the accuracy of information provided to customers.
