Job Description: As an Online Web Chat Representative at Performance Lab, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers online through live chat, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services, and you will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
