Job Description: Alcoa is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, independent, and possesses strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills.
