We have an exciting position within the store for an energetic and driven Online Supervisor. You will be supporting the Manager to plan and organise the day-to-day running of the store's Online team and Online shopping department. You will use your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to make sales and encourage repeat business, as well as supporting and maintaining all KPI's and wage targets.
The skills and attributes required for this position are: Previous experience within a management or leadership role would be an advantage. A commitment to superior customer service. Initiative and integrity. Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills. The ability to be imaginative and innovative. Reliable. Ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines. Physically fit - not a desk job. Technology savvy. Can continue working to a high standard under pressure. Excellent time management skills with the ability to forward think. Ability to motivate and inspire a positive and fun culture within the team. Lead by example. Be able to build positive and strong relationships with all stakeholders. Full-time role Tuesday to Saturday with 4am starts, hours to be discussed at the time of the interview.
