Online Sales and Functions Manager Maison Vauron Limited Full time Role-based in Newmarket, Auckland Salary Range $68-$75k Reporting directly into the Director and working closely with the Retail Manager Head Chef and logistics operation team, your role will involve the efficient and smooth transacting of online activity coupled with the organization, control of special functions and corporate events.
This role requires strong administration, relationship building, selling, and organization skills.

What you will be doing...
Accurate and timely processing of all on-line sales transactionsEnsuring effective and timely follow up of all online ordersDelivering events based /themed on French culture and cuisine Pro-actively follow up quotes and enquiries to develop businessBuild strong relationships with guests and patrons and deal with any feedbackEnsure the complete administration and execution of all planned eventsOpen communication with food and beverage and kitchen to provide accurate information for a smooth handover of functions from sales to operations.Bring with you...
