Job Description: As an Online Live Chat Specialist at SkyCity Entertainment Group in Wellington, NZ, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online live chat channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about SkyCity's products and services. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online live chat channels.2. Assist customers with account-related issues, product information, promotions, and general inquiries.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.4. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.5. Requirements:1. Associate Level seniority with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.6. Proficiency in using online chat software and other customer service tools.7. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.8. Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
