Job Description: Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level position, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online live chat system, ensuring excellent customer service and support for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage the online live chat system, including monitoring chats, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.
2.
Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives, ensuring they provide accurate and timely information to customers.
3.
Develop and implement live chat strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
4.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
5.
Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the online chat experience.
6.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve the live chat system.
Requirements: 1.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
2.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer service or live chat management.
3.
Strong negotiation and teamwork skills.
4.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.
Proficiency in online chat software and customer service platforms.
